2025 Airplane Ride Day
Saturday, June 21st 9:00AM to 4:00PM. No appointment is required.
The all-volunteer staff of the Freeman Army Airfield Museum proudly announces our annual Airplane Ride Day. This community event is open to the public, and it is the primary fund raiser for your local museum. All proceeds from this event are used to create new exhibits, to improve existing exhibits, and to improve the visitor experience.
A tax-deductible donation of $25 per person entitles you to a flight around the city of Seymour conducted by experienced pilots who donate their time and airplanes. Note that we can accommodate a maximum of three people per airplane.
Come out and join us for a fun day of airplane rides. See what has changed around Seymour since last year.
While you are there, please come across the street and tour our museum. Both museum buildings will be open that day from 9:00AM to 3:00PM. Admission is free. Parking is free. Food (from truck) will be available to purchase. See you there on June 21st!
